We need to be Pro-Active to ensure the upcoming laws don't take our Profits! Encouraging landlords to become apart of NHPOA is a great way to have our voices be heard.

Our mission is to help property owners be better informed on all
matters pertaining to the purchase, operation and management of rental property. In addition, we are
dedicated to maintaining and expanding representation of members interest at state, and local levels of
government.

DUES: $50/year regardless of quantity of units
